You are the legal owner or have the authority to dispose of the items being removed.
You will provide accurate information about the items to be removed and the location where the service is to be performed.
You agree to allow Pro Haulers Junk Removal to access your property for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.
You understand that Pro Haulers Junk Removal may refuse service if the items are hazardous, prohibited, or unsafe to remove.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: Prices for junk removal services are based on factors such as the type of items being removed, the amount of space they occupy, and the location of service. A quote will be provided after assessment, and the final cost will be determined at the time of service.
Payment: We accept payment via cash, credit card, and other methods as indicated on our website or at the time of service. Payment is due at the time the service is completed.
Refunds: Refunds may be considered in cases where services are not performed as agreed or if there was an error on our part. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Booking and Cancellations
